How do your fees work?
For sellers that list with me, I offer low listing commission of 1.5%. If you allow me to represent you for both buying and selling side, I offer 1% listing commission. However, there are two sides of representations in real estate. We still have to offer buying's agent commission, which is typically around 2.5%-3%. If you work with me listing your home, for $500,000 home, that is about $10,000 in SAVINGS.

Why do you offer cash back for eligible buyers?
Did you know traditional brokerages take about 20-30% of their agents commission? I recently left that business model and joined a flat fee brokerage. Therefore, with the savings I received, I am able to pass it to my clients in a form of cash back after closing.

Other agent I interviewed told me it costs 6% to list a house? Is it true?
No, there is no set rules of agent commission. Everything is always negotiable. However, big brand brokerages typically charge 6% to sell your home (3% for listing broker + 3% for selling broker). If your house sold for $500,000, that is $30,000 of lost equity.
